Job Description

Why Ballys

Ballys Corporation is a global casinoentertainment company with a growing omnichannel presence currently owning and managing 15 casinos across 10 states a golf course in New York a horse racetrack in Colorado and having access to OSB licenses in 18 states. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle UK further expands its international footprint and enhances its diverse entertainment offerings. It also owns Ballys Interactive International formerly Gamesys Group a leading global interactive gaming operator Bally Bet a firstinclass sports betting platform and Bally Casino a growing iCasino platform.

With 10600 employees the Companys casino operations include approximately 15300 slot machines 580 table games and 3800 hotel rooms. Ballys also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.

Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (Queen) the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states one of which will be an additional state that expands Ballys jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees and operations that currently include approximately 2400 slot machines 50 table games and 150 hotel rooms to the Ballys portfolio. Ballys will also become the successor of Queens significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

The Role:

Supports administrative needs of Marketing Department relating to Asian Play.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participates in telephone solicitation and coordinates personalized trip planning.
  • Ensures seamless handoff of guest pretrip itinerary for flawless on property by Manager of Asian Marketing team.
  • Fully complies with all applicable rules regulations laws and policies and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty.
  • Responds to and consistently meets the needs of assigned customers.
  • Supports and cultivates new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions.
  • Identifies ways to increase efficiencies or improve product or service.
  • Clearly communicates programs/services to necessary people seeks their support and keeps them informed of changes that may impact the business.
  • Must display strong knowledge of casino systems (LMS CMS SALESFORCE SCHEDULER etc.
  • Demonstrate mastery of all existing products/services and /or progress on new initiatives bonus programs and system changes.
  • Actively participate in all department and company initiatives to drive sales and revenue.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to teach mentor train and share information with the team.
  • Develops skills to handle increasingly complex matters.
  • Complies with and upholds company expectations including Code of Commitment policies procedures industry regulations department goals and business strategy.
  • Politely gives consistent timely and accurate information and finds answers when unsure for customers as well as coworkers.
  • Projects warmth and enthusiasm in person and on the phone; builds rapport to strengthen relationships and encourages trial as well as repeat visitation.
  • Has the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to spend an extended amount of time making cold calls
  • Ability to think independently in making decision to maximize customer service experience and program profitability.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Musty have a systematic and processoriented mindset to ensure seamless end0toend customer experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly and personable.
  • Bilingual is a plus.

License Requirements:

Must secure appropriate RI mandated gaming licenses

Physical/Mental Requirements:

  • Constantly use physical movements necessary for general office duties: standing walking balancing eyehand coordination finger dexterity handling wrist motion sitting reaching carrying vision hearing stooping and twisting.
  • Business professional attire required.
  • Constantly plan follow directions read write use math discriminate colors work at various tempos or work rapidly make decisions concentrate remember attention to and observe details use of ten key and personal computer
  • Constantly use mental alertness to achieve high level of accuracy in completing tasks

Working Conditions:

  • Mostly indoors and generally climatecontrolled environment.
  • Will be exposed to noise smoke and odors.
  • Working with others and independently.

Target Hourly Range: $26.30
