Required Paid Campaign Manager skills and experience:

As a Paid Campaign Manager youll take the lead in planning executing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Your role will involve strategic planning budget management performance tracking and seamless coordination with marketing and creative teams to ensure maximum impact.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Campaign Strategy & Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Meta LinkedIn TikTok and more.

  • Market & Competitor Analysis Conduct deep research to uncover opportunities and create highperforming campaigns.

  • Creative Ad Copy & Design Craft compelling ad copy and collaborate on visuals that resonate with target audiences.

  • Budget Management Allocate and optimise campaign budgets to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).

  • Performance Tracking & Optimisation Monitor key metrics (impressions clicks conversions) and finetune campaigns for continuous improvement.

  • Data Analysis & Insights Identify trends leverage datadriven strategies and adjust campaigns for the best outcomes.

  • Reporting & Presentation Generate insightful reports and present findings to stakeholders making recommendations for future improvements.

  • Stay Ahead of Trends Keep up with the latest paid advertising platforms tools and techniques to ensure cuttingedge strategies.

  • CrossTeam Collaboration Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure all campaigns align with brand goals.

What Were Looking For

  • Paid Advertising Expertise Minimum 2 years of handson experience managing paid campaigns.

  • Platform Proficiency Strong knowledge of Meta Instagram Google Ads (Search Display Video Shopping) LinkedIn Twitter TikTok TikTok Shop and Pinterest (preferred).

  • Certifications (Preferred but Not Required) Facebook Blueprint Certification Google Search Certification Google Analytics Certification.

  • Proposal & Campaign Planning Experience Experience crafting proposals is a plus!

  • ECommerce & Conversion Campaign Experience A proven track record of running and optimising highconverting campaigns is required.

  • Analytical Mindset Ability to interpret data track success metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Communication & DetailOriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Organised & DeadlineDriven Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

  • TechSavvy & Adaptable Comfortable with digital tools platforms and learning new applications quickly.

  • South African Citizen or Permanent Resident This role is locationspecific and you need to be legally allowed to work in South Africa.
