FullTime Summer Position Marina Dock Crew Team
Start dates in March & April of 2025 work through Labor Day weekend holidays and weekends included in all shifts
Join our vibrant team at Lake Keowee Marina where we pride ourselves on providing unforgettable experiences on the water. Our marina offers a variety of boat rentals and services to both locals and tourists ensuring that everyone can enjoy the beauty of Lake Keowee.
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team for the summer season. As a member of our Marina Dock Crew Team you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a safe and enjoyable experience while using our rental boats kayaks paddleboards and more.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Assist customers with boat rentals providing information on safety operating procedures and local regulations.
Conduct prerental inspections of boats and equipment to ensure they are safe and in good working order.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries assisting with reservations and resolving any issues that may arise.
Maintain a clean and organized rental area including boats equipment and surrounding grounds.
Assist with launching and docking of boats as well as returning them after use. Follow all safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of customers and staff.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
More tasks as assigned by Team Lead or Manager.
**Qualifications:**
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced outdoor environment.
Previous experience in customer service or boating is a plus but not required.
A passion for water activities and a willingness to learn.
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Valid drivers license; boating certification preferred but not required.
