Reporting to the Sales Leader the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for identifying developing managing and retaining revenuegenerating opportunities for the organization through the strategic and tactical sales and support of all product and service lines.
This position is part of the Sales Team and will be remote.

In this role a typical day will look like:
Be the face of Aria Filtra to our prospective customers for all Industrial Mobile Rental Sales activities within your territory.
Drive new customer acquisition meet with customers manage & cultivate strategic partner relationships.
Ensure achievement of the monthly quarterly and annual sales plans by executing organizational best practices including managing opportunity / sales funnel through Trojan Technologies customer relationship management (CRM) solution; meeting or exceeding new customer & funnel growth targets.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelors degree required degree in Engineering or a related science preferred.
8 years of experience with direct and channelbased selling or 3 years of experience in managing sales personnel in industrial markets including Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Food & Beverage Power / Power / Water Markets Mobile filtration solutions water treatment services chemical sales capital equipment.
Track record of negotiating & closing contracts over $1m in premiumpriced products in both channel based & direct selling gotomarket business structures
Track record of success managing customers through the full sales cycle from prospect to close in both channelbased & direct selling gotomarket business structures
Ability to travel up to 70 of the time throughout the territory (Eastern United States)

It would be a plus if you possess the following:
Based in the Eastern half of US within an hour drive of a major airport
Professional experience with Water as a Service or water mobile filtration rentals

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenuebased metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $115000 $125000 USD per year.This job is also eligible for Commission Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
