Responsibilities
- Resolves userreported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for handling support cases.
- Actively seeks out issues problems and opportunities and creates solutions.
- District jobsite setup and turndown including remote support.
- Creates and delivers technical training and other knowledge resources.
- Administers and monitors district office and construction site server resourcesand technology solutions to ensure optimal operation and responds to issues.
- Accurate and timely logging of problems and resolutions to problems in problemmanagement database.
- Proactively assists other team members with technical issues.
- Solicits feedback from operational project teams to identify innovations challenges and issues.
- Provides implementation support on corporate and regional initiatives.
- Position involves up to 25 travel within the U.S.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical degree postsecondary degree bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
- Intermediate problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize own work and delegate simple tasks.
- Resultsoriented and able to drive deadlines.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies an asset.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
