District Manager Roanoke District Office
Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)
The Virginia DMV is seeking an experienced and resultsdriven District Manager to lead operations in our Roanoke District Office. This role is responsible for directing the strategic implementation administration and evaluation of DMV programs and services across a network of customer service centers within the district.
Lead and manage all aspects of district operations including fiscal oversight service delivery and program effectiveness.
Ensure customers receive services that are efficient courteous and professionally delivered.
Uphold the ethical and lawful application of programs and services in alignment with state and federal laws and DMV accountability standards.
Serve as a key liaison for change management initiatives related to policy updates technology rollouts structural changes and more ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to the public.
Provide leadership for all DMV programs and services within the districts customer service centers.
Maintain the appropriate balance between strong security measures and a positive customer service experience.
Oversee human resources functions including staffing training and performance management while also monitoring district budgets and expenditures.
