Job Description
The Companion provides companionship friendship and emotional support to those clients who may require some additional assistance beyond that which family members or facility staff can provide. Companions do not perform any handson personal health care services.
Requirements:
- Preferred educational background is a high school diploma or GED.
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance
Shifts hiring for:
- Various days and hours available PRN and Parttime.

Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and assistance to clients
- Report residents needs and concerns to the nurse manager
- Must be able to complete physical tasks such as walking and standing for periods of time reaching carrying pushing and pulling.
Compensation:
- Starting base wage is $15.00 per hour with additional experience scale. Shift differential Weekends (Saturdays & Sundays and holidays) $0.75 per hour. Shift differential weekday evenings after 5:00pm $0.50 per hour.
