Job Description
We re looking for a skilled Automation Engineer to join our QA team and take ownership of developing and executing both API and UI automated tests for our critical systems. This is a handson role with a strong emphasis on performance and monitoring.
What You ll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts for APIs using JMeter executed via BlazeMeter
- Analyze test results identify bottlenecks and finetune performance
- Design and execute UI monitoring tests using Datadog
- Collaborate closely with developers DevOps and product teams to ensure topnotch software quality
- Investigate issues document findings and suggest improvements
Requirements :
Requirements Must Have:
- 2 years of handson experience in automation testing
- Proven experience with JMeter including writing custom test scripts
- Experience executing performance tests using BlazeMeter
- Experience with Datadog for UI monitoring/testing
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java or Python
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins
- Solid understanding of QA best practices and testing methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
