Job Description

Job Overview
A company is seeking a highly organised and motivated Recruitment Officer to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This is a fulltime position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company. The Recruitment Officer will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent across various departments within the group. You will manage the full recruitment cycle from identifying needs to onboarding successful candidates. We are looking for someone passionate about recruitment and dedicated to providing a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
* Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
* Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
* Shortlist and present suitable candidates to hiring managers.
* Schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Conduct background checks and verify references.
* Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
* Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
* Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment records.
* Stay uptodate on industry best practices and recruitment trends.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role ideally within a corporate environment.
* Strong understanding of recruitment principles and best practices.
* Excellent communication interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labour laws and regulations is desirable.
