Training Coordinator – FIFO 2/1 Roster – Major Iron Ore Project
The Role:
Our client a global leader in engineering and professional services is currently delivering a key project for a Tier 1 mining operator. They are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join their sitebased team on the major Ironore project. This would be a 12month contract opportunity on a 2:1 FIFO roster offering a chance to contribute to a largescale operation while working within a dynamic and collaborative HSE team.
The role is responsible for the coordination and delivery of training programs and compliance systems to meet statutory client and project requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring that workforce training induction and competency requirements are effectively managed on site.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
Cert IV in Training and Assessment
Experience in mining projects ideally in a sitebased or FIFO capacity
White Card (Construction Induction).
Familiarity with highrisk work licensing and VoC processes
Ability to develop and deliver training materials assess competency gaps and manage compliance systems
Your Responsibilities:
Develop deliver and manage sitebased training programs and materials
Work collaboratively with internal and client teams to ensure all training content and delivery meet current regulatory and project requirements
Utilise training systems to maintain accurate records of competencies training matrices and completions
Conduct TNA to identify competency gaps and implement remedial training programs
Support contractor onboarding and alignment to site training and competency expectations
