Tasks

Who were looking for

An experienced growth marketer to help us design implement and scale a highimpact marketing strategy at Softr.
This is a rare opportunity to help define and execute core company growth strategies and build drivers for consistent growth patterns. Youll report to our Head of Marketing and work with the broader marketing team.

In this role you will:

  • Design implement and scale our growth marketing strategies for all marketing channels (both B2B and B2C).
  • Help increase customer acquisition engagement and retention.
  • Run experiments in different marketing channels to help identify what works best for Softrs business and product.
  • Be knowledgeable of online advertising platforms and analytics tools for online channels (Google Ads Facebook Ads Google Analytics etc.
  • Be analytical and measure the success of our GTM strategy in user acquisition retention engagement and monetization. Define and report on metrics regularly to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate and partner with the product team on inproduct growth topics and with the community on communitydriven initiatives.
  • Grow the Softr customer base through comarketing opportunities with other companies and partnerships (e.g. with thirdparty communities agencies educational institutions incubators/accelerators tech newsletters/podcasts) in collaboration with our Community Lead.

Requirements

What you bring to the table

  • Experienced with horizontal PLGtype SaaS companies. Ideally you have helped earlystage companies figure out scalable and defensible marketing acquisition channels and helped grow to the Series B stage and beyond.
  • Have breadth across all areas of growth marketing with depth in some of these areas: content & SEO email/lifecycle marketing website management & conversion rate optimizations marketing ops and analytics. Help us scale channels that work for us and figure out what other channels we should experiment and find fit.
  • Passion for nocode and automation and the audience we serve. Were looking for someone excited about the nocode space and who wants to dive deep into understanding our audience. Bonus points if youve used nocode and automation platforms meaningfully (for work side projects we want to learn about them all).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Were a 100 remote team and writing is our primary means of communication at Softr. And we talk to customers a lot so you must be strong in communicating with them and gathering insights in realtime.
  • Love for solving problems. Our customers range from individuals to some of the Fortune 500 companies and they are all unique. You are able to understand their specific needs answer questions and solve problems on the fly.
  • You care deeply about users. You are customercentric and have experience building and maintaining relationships with complex multigeographical customers. You are a customerfocused marketer and want to understand and connect with our audience deeply to inform our marketing strategy.
  • Urgency is your mindset. We look for people who act with speed in everything they do yet never lose sight of the bigger picture. As a part of a fastgrowing company youll juggle a variety of initiatives at once and as a part of a distributed team youll be trusted to work with minimal supervision. Youre organized outstanding at multitasking and able to operate effectively with ambiguity and change. You will also have strong decisionmaking skills.
  • Strategic and spy. As an earlystage company we are still building out our growth engine you should be excited about the opportunity to get in on the ground floor. Youll be handson building and executing in
    tools but youll also need to set goals and budgets prioritize initiatives and report on key metrics to the entire company.
