Job Description
We are seeking askilled and detailorientedCNC Programmertojoin our team who will beresponsible formanufacturing bushings bearings and special tooling from raw materials consisting of aluminum aluminumnickelbronze stainless steel and 4340. The ideal candidate must be able to read and understand instructions from the production routing. This position is located in Medley Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Program CNC machines to fabricate components from various metals ensuring tolerances meet strict aviation industry standards.
- Optimize and adjust CNC programs to improve efficiency reduce cycle times and ensure the quality of finished parts.
- Work closely with machinists and operators to troubleshoot and refine programs for improved machining performance and accuracy.
- Ensure all CNC programs comply with aviation quality standards including AS9100 and other industry certifications.
- Perform simulations and tests of CNC programs to verify their accuracy and ensure no machine errors or part defects occur.
- Work with engineering and design teams to review and provide feedback on designs and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure that all parts are inspected and meet specifications.
- Maintain a detailed record of CNC programs including revisions and updates for traceability and future reference.
- Other duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or equivalent certification in CNC. programming machining or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 23years of experience as a CNC Programmer.
- Strong understanding of CNC machine setup operation and optimization for multiaxis machines.
- Strong written and oral communication.
