Job Description
As a One Identity Specialist you will:
- Lead and manage technical delivery in identity and access management (IAM) projects particularly involving One Identity Manager.
- Act as a technical lead on international client projects ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to architectural best practices.
- Provide postproduction deployment support addressing complex technical issues and driving continuous improvements.
- Design develop and implement IAM solutions including integration with enterprise systems such as Active Directory Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 SAP PeopleSoft LDAP and others.
- Develop and customize WebUI components using AngularJS and VB.
- Create custom connectors and integrations to support provisioning and synchronization/reconciliation tasks.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8 10 years of total experience in the IT industry.
- Minimum 5 years of handson experience with identity management tools.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Solution Architect in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain.
- Proficient with One Identity Manager interfaces and tools including Manager Designer Web Designer Object Browser Data Importer Job Queue Info Transporter and schema extensions.
- Expertise in integrating enterprise applications and systems with identity management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server (writing and optimizing complex queries understanding views tables and stored procedures).
- Solid development experience with VB and AngularJS.
- Prior experience working with international clients and in Agile environments is a plus.
You should possess the ability to:
- Lead technical discussions and architecture planning with stakeholders and clients.
- Develop scalable and secure IAM solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues during and after deployment.
- Guide junior team members and provide mentorship as a technical leader.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with crossfunctional and geographically distributed teams.
