Job Description

Your Mission:
- Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports that support critical business decisions
- Drive budgeting forecasting and cost control in a highly regulated industry
- Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
- Act as a key partner to operations and leadership teams translating financial data into actionable insights
- Support audit processes and maintain accurate transparent records
- Analyze variances and contribute to continuous improvement across finance and production
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- Degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
- 3 years of experience in accounting or controlling preferably in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of financial reporting cost accounting and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)
- High attention to detail critical thinking and a proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
