What is the Role
As a People Generalist you will play a key role in driving Aerogens People Operations Strategy to support our business growth and employee experience. Youll work alongside People Business Partners Talent Acquisition leaders and employees making an impact on performance management career development diversity & inclusion compensation & benefits employee relations and more.
What are the key responsibilities
Support across the entire employee lifecyclefrom recruitment to engagement and development.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent particularly in entrylevel roles.
Oversee leave administration including FMLA STD and other company policies.
Support employee relations working alongside People Business Partners on investigations and resolutions.
Maintain data integrity ensuring accurate storage of employee information.
Develop and implement people policies ensuring clear communication to employees.
Analyze people metrics and generate reports to support strategic decisions.
Lead internal people related communications collaborating with key stakeholders.
Support performance management processes including annual and midyear appraisals.
Participate in key People & OD projects to help drive organizational success.
What education and experience are required
Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field.
35 years of HR Generalist/Specialist experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tech tools.
