Job Title:Product Manager Job Search Services
We are seeking an exceptionally smart datadriven and innovativeProduct Managerto lead our Job Search Services department. The ideal candidate thrives on building and optimizing impactful products and will be responsible for owning the development delivery and profitability of job search platforms. This includes conducting market research defining product roadmaps managing P&L and leading marketing strategies. Youll collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including technology design sales and marketing to deliver bestinclass job search solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Process Optimization
- Define and own the product strategy for job search platforms ensuring alignment with the companys mission to deliver a seamless job search experience.
- Lead the endtoend development management and promotion of job search products and services.
- Continuously review and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency reduce costs and enhance customer experience.
- Conduct market research competitor analysis and gather user feedback to inform new product innovations and improvements.
- Lead planning sessions driving product strategy roadmap prioritization and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with technology teams vendors and business stakeholders to ensure smooth of product initiatives.
- Communicate product vision strategy and updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement utilizing product feedback data analytics and performance metrics to identify gaps and enhance serviceability.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess product success and make datadriven decisions for further improvements.
Financial Management & P&L Responsibility
- Own the products Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities ensuring revenue targets cost control and profitability goals are achieved.
- Collaborate with finance and leadership to forecast product performance and allocate budgets.
- Make strategic decisions around pricing models cost structures and investments to optimize profitability.
- Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
Marketing & Promotion
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase product visibility and user engagement.
- Manage advertising budgets marketing campaigns and timelines to ensure optimal results.
- Track and analyze campaign performance including lead generation conversion rates and sales targets to align marketing strategies with product goals.
- Aggressively promote products using innovative marketing tactics expanding demand among untapped audiences.
- Create online and offline marketing materials to effectively communicate product benefits.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Human Resources or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience:
- 35 years of product management experience ideally in HR tech recruitment or job search.
- Strong advantage if experienced in job boards search engines or recruitment technologies.
- Deep understanding of user experience (UX) for search and recommendation systems.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with datadriven product development.
- Proficient in product management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with handson .
- Proven experience in process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for coordinating crossfunctional teams.
- Resultsoriented with a focus on measurable impact.
