What Youll Do:
Assist the Regional Manager in coordinating sales culture and processes with operational efficiencies.
Direct the operational functions of the branch ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
Promote high morale and instill a sense of team spirit throughout the branch.
Provide topnotch service to our members assisting them with their financial needs and inquiries.
Train direct and supervise MSR staff to effectively sell/refer products and services.
Handle complaints registered by members involving branch operations.
Maintain proper cash controls and ensure all branch transactions are balanced.

One to three years of similar or related experience.
A twoyear college degree specialized certification or licensing specialized training courses or jobspecific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
