Job Description
We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Business team in the Cleveland office. This role will support attorneys by performing work of a substantial legal nature under their supervision. Our Client First philosophy drives everything we do to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Candidate Parameters
- Corporate legal department experience preferred
- ABAapproved paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g. WestLaw Lexis/Nexis PACER)
- Experience with DocuSign CARTA and iManage
- Attention to detail professionalism and client confidentiality
