About this role
As we continue to expand our team we are seeking a Senior or Lead Technical Recruiter with a profound understanding of technical hiring AI and machine learning to join us!
This role will be a fit for a strong engineering recruiter whos adept at recruiting passive and senior technical talent within the AI industry. utilizing a datadriven approach and advanced recruitment tools in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities:
Develop and execute a recruitment plans specifically tailored to engineering roles and teams. Utilize data and metrics to refine recruitment strategies and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process. Adapt quickly to the changing needs of the business and remain flexible in a fastpaced environment.
Employ a variety of sourcing methods to engage with passive candidates including targeted searches on professional networks specialized forums and direct outreach. Leverage your deep knowledge of the AI technology landscape to connect with toptier talent. Utilize advanced applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools to streamline the recruitment process.
Conduct thorough screenings and evaluations to assess technical skills and compatibility with our companys goals and culture. Coordinate with technical leaders to facilitate indepth interviews that focus on advanced AI competencies.
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain consistent communication provide detailed feedback and manage expectations to keep top candidates engaged.
Continuously refine and enhance recruitment strategies based on industry trends and the evolving needs of our company. Implement innovative recruiting tactics to attract and retain the best talent in the AI space. Use recruitment metrics to measure success and make datadriven decisions.
Build and maintain a robust network and pipeline of potential candidates and industry contacts. Represent our company at key industry events and conferences to promote our innovative projects and attract skilled professionals.
Work closely with a variety of stakeholders technical teams and people team peers to align recruitment practices with overall business objectives. Mentor and partner with hiring managers on best practices for attracting and hiring specialized technical talent.
Implement inclusive recruitment strategies that encourage participation from underrepresented groups in the tech industry.
Own the negotiation and closing process to offer competitive compensation packages. Oversee the onboarding of new hires to ensure a smooth transition and strong integration into our dynamic team.
Is this you
8 years of deep and broad experience in recruiting for highly specialized technical roles particularly in generative AI.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring passive and senior technical talent.
Deep understanding of the technology and trends in the AI and machine learning sectors.
Exceptional sourcing skills with a strong emphasis on engaging passive candidates.
Proficient in using a variety of sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to optimize recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of fostering longterm relationships.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
Experienced in negotiating complex offers and familiar with industrystandard compensation.
Skilled in using recruitment metrics to guide decisionmaking and improve outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced and ambiguous environment with a capacity to adapt to rapid changes and challenges.
Proven experience in building and scaling recruitment processes in a growing organization aligning recruitment strategies with business growth.
