Financial Analyst Project Manager
Workplace: 37402 ChattanoogaWhat to expect:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identifying and managing project risks issues and changes to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyzing financial data and presenting accurate financial reports in a timely manner.
- Collecting and analyzing project data to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans schedules budgets and forecasts.
- Creating and updating project reports dashboards and presentations for stakeholders.
- Leading decisionmaking and problemsolving efforts coordinating with the project team and stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with project standards policies and procedures.
- Supporting monthend and yearend closing processes reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Assisting with financial audits and developing business processes and accounting policies.
- Providing support to the Controller and other members of the finance team as needed.
- Establishing professional and constructive communication with customers and team members.

What you bring along:
- Associate or Bachelors degree Business Administration Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Indepth knowledge of project management and finance principles practices and procedures.
- Experience with business and data analysis financial reporting and financial analysis.
- Automotive industry knowledge
- Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools with a high level of expertise in MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks.
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
- 5 7 years of relevant experience
Preferred:
- Experience working in the field of engineering services
- Knowledge of SAP systems.
- A masters degree or MBA.
- Certifications in Project Management such as PMP or CAPM and project control such as PCP or EVP.
- Certifications in data analysis such as CAP or CDA.
- Proficiency in Germanlanguage
The Data &Financial AnalysisProject Manager is responsible for ensuring projects meet their objectives in terms of scope quality cost and timelines.
This role involves planning executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills and will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of team members and thirdparty contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the projects objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
