Job Description

*Job Title: US Banking Voice Process Associate*

*Location:* Noida Sector 60

*Shift:* Night Shifts

*Work Week:* 5 Days Working 2 Days Off per Week

*Transportation:* Not Provided

*Salary:* 40000 CTC 33000 InHand Incentives

*Job Description:* We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the US Banking Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls providing exceptional customer service and resolving bankingrelated queries.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Handle customer inquiries related to banking services.
  • Provide clear accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.

*Selection Process:*

  1. *Screening Round:* Conducted daily at 3:00 PM.
  2. *Operations Round:* Assessing practical knowledge and skills.
  3. *Versant Test:* Evaluating English communication skills.

*Requirements:*

  • Graduate/Freshers or Undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
