*Job Description:* We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the US Banking Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls providing exceptional customer service and resolving bankingrelated queries.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Handle customer inquiries related to banking services.
- Provide clear accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
*Selection Process:*
- *Screening Round:* Conducted daily at 3:00 PM.
- *Operations Round:* Assessing practical knowledge and skills.
- *Versant Test:* Evaluating English communication skills.
*Requirements:*
- Graduate/Freshers or Undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
