Line of Service Overview
Our Middle East Assurance practice includes over 2300 people based in 12 countries across the region and is part of PwCs global network that is operating worldwide. PwC Middle Easts Assurance practice combines the right mix of humanled and tech powered solutions to provide our clients with quality audits and other risk services that create confidence and impact in our region and across society.
What is expected from you
Your job duties will include but will not be limited to:
Template Creation & Maintenance
Develop test and optimize document templates using Legitos annotation/pseudocoding language.
Identify ways to parameterize sections and structure documents to guarantee consistency reduce errors and enhance quality.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with business teams (e.g. Assurance Audit) to understand their document requirements and translate them into automated templates.
Liaise with subject matter experts to validate document content and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Platform & Process Improvement
Continuously review and improve Docbots functionality advocating best practices in document automation.
Suggest and implement improvements for efficiency user experience and workflow optimization.
User Training & Support
Provide training sessions demonstrations and user guides to help colleagues get the most out of Docbot.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise and work with the technical team to resolve them promptly.
Digital Transformation Initiatives
Collaborate on broader digital transformation projects within the Assurance Transformation agenda (e.g. data analytics process automation system integrations).
Share ideas learn new technologies and contribute to a culture of innovation.
