Gaslight Village Family Medicine is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their busy suburban practice. The clinic is located in the quaint shopping district of popular East Grand Rapids.
A teambased model of care is utilized to include a pharmacist social worker RN case manager and excellent medical assistants and staff.
The office is open 7a7p Monday Thursday and 7a5p on Fridays. Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants can only be considered as we care for patients of all ages.
Qualifications
Physician Assistant
Required Masters Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
3 years of relevant experience current relevant clinical experience
LICPhysician Assistant State of Michigan
CRTPhysician Asst Certified (PAC) NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
CRTBasic Life Support (BLS)
CRTPediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)
CRTNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Nurse Practitioner
Required Masters Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a masters postmasters or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission
3 years of relevant experience current relevant clinical experience Required
Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role Required
Experience as a Nurse Practictioner Preferred
