VISION

We are seeking a skilled Production Specialist to join our team where you will be responsible for operating monitoring and optimizing visionbased quality control systems. Your role will ensure precision efficiency and compliance with quality standards in our production processes. Thisposition will be responsible for assembling multiple product SKUs based on standardized work instructions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

Follow technical instructions interpret engineering blueprints and instructions
Inspect the quality of parts and materials used in production
Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process
Follow company procedures
Follow all ISO standards and procedures
Test finished products for defects
Maintain required tools for the assembly
Keep a clean and wellmaintained workspace
Meet weekly monthly and quarterly production quotas assigned by supervisor.
Track weekly project status and report back to supervisor.
Maintain thorough knowledge of assembly protocols and adjust as needed.
Conduct monthly inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
Work in tandem with other production employees to establish a division of labor as needed.
Clean and organize workstations.

PROFESSINAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational education/training is preferred but not required
At least one 1 year of experience within a manufacturing assembly position; electromechanical assembly experience preferred
Willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen.
Must be able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Must have a high level of integrity and strong work ethic.
Quality focused and detailoriented
Team player with a positive communication style
Ability to stand and/or and sit for long periods of time.
Good communication skills
Excellent hand to eye coordination
Good communication skills
Ability to operate soldering irons
Ability to interpret work instruction
Willingness to work in flexible shifts

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job the employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. The employee will be required to bend twist reach push pull and operate hand tools (may include operating heavy machinery) and office machinery. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Specific work assignments may change without notice. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
The majority of work will be performed in a nonclimatecontrolled environment. The employee will be exposed to severe inclement weather and varying degrees of extreme temperature. The employee may be exposed to various industrial chemicals and cleaning agents as well as strong odors and loud noises.

Schedules will vary depending on business needs and may entail working nights weekends and holidays. Must be flexible to work outside of normal departmental operating hours.
