In marketing and media the digital marketing role will be the firstto capture the consumers imagination and represent the digital consumer withinthe marketing/media teams. This role will bridge the gap between brand team anddigital impact bringing alive the Hows of digital through communicationplanning campaign strategy design and . The Assistant Manager Digital will be a key stakeholder in driving the overarching digital agenda ofthe organization and integrating it into brand marketing interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Communication Planning: Devise and execute the digitalcampaign strategy in collaboration with digital creative agencies ensuringthat campaigns resonate with target audiences.
Digital Content Creation: Support the creation ofplatformoptimized advertising content and engaging materials. Ensure that allcontent is SEOoptimized to enhance visibility and drive traffic to the brandswebsite.
Content Syndication and Partnerships: Drive the brands agenda forcontent syndication through influencer campaigns. Explore potentialpartnerships with relevant partners across formats.
SEO and Social Listening: Support the brands SEO initiatives for YouTube and the websiteand assist in social listening efforts to inform content strategy and momentmarketing campaigns.
Community Building: Devise and grow the brands digital content footprint by buildingconsumer communities across existing platforms (YouTube Instagram TwitterWhatsApp Facebook) and emerging platforms (Quora Reddit Telegram).
Website Management: Lead the development and optimization of the website ensuring italigns with brand objectives and enhances user experience.
Performance Marketing: Work on different platforms to manage performance marketing of thebrand bidding on keywords uploading platform relevant ads optimisingproduct information etc.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies social mediaplatforms and ecommerce dynamics.
Consumer Insight: Indepth knowledge of Gen Z consumer behaviour and preferences.
Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative and engaging content that drivesbrand awareness and consumer engagement.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools to measure campaignperformance and derive actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectivecollaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications Required:
MBA in MarketingCommunications or a related field from a recognized institution (preferredschools: XIC SIMC).
Prior Experience Required:
25 years of relevantexperience in digital marketing roles preferably within CPG D2C orecommerce companies or as a creative planner in premier digital creativeagencies.
Experience in managing socialmedia accounts developing digital campaigns and driving ecommercestrategies.
