Join a dynamicGlobal Operations Team and collaborate with leaders in life sciences private equity real estate technology and financial industries. As part of a leading law firm you will manage crossoffice work allocation performance utilization and attorney retention for the Life Sciences practice group. This role involves fostering professional development coaching and supporting DEI initiatives to ensure a positive employee experience. Ideal candidates will have 5 years of related experience preferably in an AMLAW25 law firm and a strong background in workforce planning and legal development.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $133100 to $223700 (based on location)
- Bonuses: Eligible for bonuses based on performance and firm goals.
