CROP SCOUT/FIELD TECHNICIAN
LOCATION: BAKERSFIELD CA.

What you will need:
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel to desert and other regions. Travel requirements may be several days at a time to outside farming areas to support seasonal operations.
- A valid Drivers License with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass preplacement drug/alcohol screen physical and functional capacity evaluation.
What will set you apart:
- Prior farming experience and knowledge of irrigation.
- Knowledge in biology or related agriculture field.
Benefits
Total Rewards: $20.00 $23.00 / HOUR
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.
