To solve this problem Meter builds and manages a vertically integrated solution across hardware software and operations. This role is critical to Meters success
We are hiring someone to lead technical recruiting as we grow existing engineering teams and build new ones. Were early in building Meters engineering organization with foundational teams in place across Software Applications Firmware Hardware Operations QA Support and Wireless. The organization is at an inflection point as we embark on the most significant phase of growth yet for the business.
This role is a unique opportunity to hire the teams responsible for building Meters definitive networking stackintegrated hardware software and operationsto power global packet transfer. The caliber of engineering talent we hire during this phase of growth will be incredibly consequential to Meters long term success.

This role is based out of our San Francisco HQ office.
You will have an impact by
- Designing and scaling methods for finding attracting evaluating and closing worldclass engineering talent
- Enabling hiring managers with the training tools and tactics to consistently and reliably hire exceptional talent
- Serving as a standard bearer of Meters cultural pillars of Kindness and Ambition with hiring teams and external talent

Compensation
We think about Meters compensation package as a combination of salary equity benefits and the experience of working with a talented team to make the biggest impact of your career.
- The estimated pay range for this role is $125000 $180000.
- Additionally this role is eligible to participate in Meters equity plan.
The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the Bay Area. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills qualifications and experience.
