As our new Personal Injury Attorney youll be at the forefront of our litigation efforts. This inoffice position offers a stable MondayFriday schedule with no billable hours allowing you to focus on what matters most your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead depositions of experts and witnesses
- Represent clients in court appearances and jury trials
- Draft and argue compelling motions
- Manage cases from inception to resolution
- Ensure smooth progression of your caseload
Ideal Candidate:
- Licensed attorney in Florida
- 48 years of experience in personal injury or product liability litigation
- Proven success managing complex caseloads through trial
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Unwavering work ethic and clientfirst mindset
