JOB SUMMARY
The Guest services agent will be responsible amongst other things for the following: Receive and process individual reservations (telephone online travel agents) respond to emails addressed to booking be the primary contact with travel agencies (commission checks prints followup with accounting). Meeting all customer expectations and performing various administrative tasks. Process checkins and checkouts register transactions and meet all customer expectations.

YOUR ROLE
- Welcome and register guests
- Verify and detail the days arrivals follow up with reservation confirmations follow up with different reservations booking channels
- Keep track of arrivals departures inhouse daily activities and follow up accordingly
- All other related guest service responsibilities
- Ensure the reception area is clean and maintain supplies needed
YOUR PROFILE
- Diploma in Hospitality Management an asset
- Bilingualism an asset
- Good computer knowledge Knowledge of PMS Opera an asset
- Excellent customer service: Approachable pleasant courteous empathetic fast acting
- Able and enjoys working in a team environment as well as independently
- Able to organize prioritize and multitask
- Stand for several hours in a row
