Job Description

The Role

Xos is hiring an experienced Commercial Counsel to join our Legal Team! As Commercial Counsel youll play a critical role in supporting Xos commercial operations by drafting negotiating and managing contracts ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and mitigating legal risks in business transactions. This role requires someone with a strong businessoriented mindset who thrives in crossfunctional environments. Youll collaborate closely with Sales Procurement Operations Finance and other internal teams to support business goals while protecting company interests.

Physical Demands

This is primarily a sedentary role that requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer and attending virtual or inperson meetings Occasional travel may be required for business needs. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Employees may experience extended screen time and are frequently required to speak or listen. Minimal physical exertion through occasional movement within the office may be required.

Work Environment

This role may be based in either an office setting or a remote office environment. It involves working in a professional workspace equipped with standard office equipment such as computers phones and video conferencing tools. The environment is typically quiet with occasional virtual or inperson team interactions.
