Your Role: Service Technician/Sales Representative
As part of our team youll:
- Perform basic chimney services including cleaning safety inspections and small repairs.
- Provide outstanding customer service to build trust and satisfaction.
- Diagnose chimney and fireplace issues offering tailored solutions to clients.
- Develop present and follow up on proposals for repairs upgrades and restorations.
- Earn the right to upsell larger projects by delivering exceptional service and identifying customer needs.
What Were Looking For:
- Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors or technical degree preferred.
- 2 years in sales or customer service preferred.
- Mechanically inclined with experience in basic hand and power tools (preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
- Personal Qualities:
- Reliable physically fit and comfortable with heights tight spaces and outdoor work.
- Ambitious organized and eager to learn and grow.
- A team player who thrives in dynamic fastpaced environments.
