About the Team

The Marketing Operations team at Mixpanel partners closely with Marketing Leadership to develop core processes and execute campaign operations tooling automation and reporting to run the Marketing team. We build and optimize core operational processes facilitate key decisionmaking and drive efficiency in marketing executionensuring we deliver on our growth objectives.

About the Role
As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager you will be responsible for executing on key marketing operations including campaign operations campaign reporting campaign attribution ROI analysis and audience management/data enrichment at scale. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise strategic thinking and operational excellence to optimize marketing performance and support the scalability of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Automation Workflows: Own and optimize marketing automation workflows using Hightouch to sync customer data across systems and deliver highly targeted campaigns. Maintain and optimize automated campaigns.
  • Automated Programs: Develop and implement automated sales outbound campaigns tied to intent signals (job change data G2 intent etc. and lifecycle marketing programs (e.g. onboarding reengagement upsell churn prevention) by leveraging realtime customer data.
  • Segmentation/Audience Management: Ensure highquality audience segmentation and targeting by integrating Hightouch with CRM (Salesforce) marketing automation tools (Customer etc. and sales automation tools (Outreach).
  • Data Pipelines: Design and maintain scalable data pipelines to automate the flow of customer and marketing data between Hightouch CRM marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Own marketing contribution forecasting pipeline modeling and goalsetting to align with revenue objectives.
  • Campaign & Attribution Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs track conversion rates and provide recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Operational Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement in marketing workflows reporting cadences and governance processes ensuring datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Tech Stack & Data Management:Leverage and optimize tools such as Salesforce marketing automation platforms and analytics tools to improve reporting and data integrity.
  • Strategic Project Leadership:Support companywide strategic initiatives by providing insights and executing operational improvements that enhance marketing impact.

Were Looking for Someone Who Has

  • 7 years of experience in marketing operations revenue operations marketing analytics or related analytical roles within a highgrowth B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills with the ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics attribution modeling campaign tracking and funnel metrics such as CAC LTV and ROI.
  • Handson experience with Salesforce marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo HubSpot Customer) and BI platforms (e.g. Tableau Looker).
  • Experience in SQL & Data Manipulation Ability to extract and manipulate data from databases for deeper analysis
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to drive crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple initiatives and execute within deadlines.
  • High attention to detail intellectual curiosity and a passion for driving business impact through datadriven decisions.

Bonus Points for.

  • ABM Strategy Experience working with AccountBased Marketing (ABM) tools and tactics.
  • PLG & Enterprise Sales Models Knowledge of both productled growth (PLG) and enterprise marketing strategies.
  • Experience in a HighGrowth SaaS Environment Understanding of marketing operations in fastpaced scaling companies.

Compensation

The amount listed below is the total target cash compensation (TTCC) and includes base compensation and variable compensation in the form of either a company bonus or commissions. Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level. In addition to the cash compensation provided this position is also eligible for equity consideration and other benefits including medical vision and dental insurance coverage. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level and are benchmarked to the SF Bay Area Technology data cut released by Radford a global compensation database. The range displayed represents the minimum and maximum TTCC for new hire salaries for the position across all of our US locations. To stay on top of market conditions we refresh our salary ranges twice a year so these ranges may change in the future. Within the range individual pay is determined by experience jobrelated skills qualifications and other factors.
