For our Site in Dortmund we are now looking for a Precision Assembler (M/F/T)
Your tasks:
- Assembly of complex mechanical seals of different types as well as ofseal supply systems. Focus on gaslubricated seals for compressors
- Quality assurance checking and recording dimensions carrying out pressure tests on individual parts and assemblies
- Assemblies support with the spin test of ceramics rings
- Supporting the repair process of mechanical seals: identifying the type of defect and the scope of repairof the defect cleaning and reconditioning repairable components
- Support for testing mechanical seals in the test field
- Ensure workplace organization according to 6S criteria and support improvement
- Two Shifts Operations (Frh und Mittagschicht)
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic fitter or similar
- Knowledge in handling the relevant measuring equipment
- Initial experience with complex assembly tasks desirable
- Flexibility commitment initiative communication skills
