Curative is seeking a pharmacy technician to join our fastgrowing team. This role will provide operational support for processing and filling prescriptions as well as managing inventory in a nonretail facing environment. Reporting to the Pharmacist this individual will provide excellent customer service and ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly. Must be detail oriented reliable and possess excellent communication skills.
Assist Pharmacist in filling prescription items as permitted by the state board of Pharmacy
Perform designated tasks regarding pharmacy quality control management of pharmacy records inventory control and preparation of orders for
Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures rules and regulations including machinery and work areas
Run automated machinery required to presort and package medications
Answers incoming phone calls and respond to needs of caller
Pack and ship completed prescriptions including printing and affixing appropriate labels on dispenser and shipping boxes
Work adhering to US regulatory and Quality System requirements 21 CFR 820 etc).
This position assumes and performs other duties as assigned.

2 years minimum experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Experience with an online prescription system
Knowledge of medication and dosage measurements
Knowledge of pharmacy law and medical terminology (SIG codes brand generic names of medications)
Outstanding organization skills and keen eye for detail
Ability to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
Proficient with MS Office applications Word Power Point Excel and Access
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS
Must possess an active Pharmacy Technician license in the applicable location or state PTCB CPhT.
