Job Description:The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness customer acquisition and revenue growth. They will oversee the planning and optimization of digital campaigns across various channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will manage a team of digital marketers collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stay updated on industry trends to ensure effective and successful digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Oversee the planning and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including search engine marketing (SEM) search engine optimization (SEO) social media email marketing and display advertising.
- Set campaign objectives target audience and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers providing guidance support and performance feedback.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as website traffic engagement conversion rates and ROI and provide regular reports to management.
- Optimize digital assets including websites landing pages social media profiles and ad creatives to improve user experience and drive conversions.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends emerging technologies and industry best practices and incorporate them into the digital marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including creative content and development to ensure cohesive and impactful digital marketing campaigns.
Qualification:- Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Communications or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on managing and executing digital campaigns.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels tools and techniques including SEO SEM social media email marketing and analytics platforms.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles strategies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical skills and datadriven mindset to measure and optimize campaign performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
