Job Description
Machining experience in critical components tooling selection fixture design
Technology Strategy and Innovation:
Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with the companys business goals.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in the auto components industry.
Lead innovation initiatives to improve product quality performance and costeffectiveness.
Research and Development (R&D):
Oversee the R&D department manage the development of new auto components and systems. Ensure that R&D projects are executed efficiently and within budget.
Product Design and Engineering:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and engineer auto components. Ensure that products meet regulatory and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement in product design and engineering processes.
Manufacturing and Production:
Coordinate with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes. Ensure efficient and costeffective production of auto components. Oversee technology adoption in manufacturing such as automation and robotics.
Talent Management:
Mentor and develop a highperforming team of engineers and technical professionals. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Budgeting and Financial Management:
Develop and manage the technology budget. Allocate resources effectively to support R&D and technology initiatives.
