Job Description
CSS is working with a nationally ranked law firm specializing in the collection of delinquent government receivables seeking a detail oriented and enthusiastic Bilingual Collector to join their Team at the Houston location.
Responsibilities:
make collections calls to delinquent taxpayers
collect taxes over the phone and in person
monitor payments
research and skip tracing of delinquent accounts
conduct field inspection
Input data to set up automatic payments and verify payment data
Requirements:
bilingual in Spanish
Valid Drivers License
MVR Background check employees must have clean driving record
bachelors Degree preferred
prior experience collecting on delinquent accounts
Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel PowerPoint)
HIGHLY organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
possess EXCELLENT grammar spelling and analytical skills
good time management skills along with the ability to shift priorities easily & quickly in the course of the work day or week.
must be able to understand interpret and apply policies and procedures as well as follow instructions whether written or oral.
communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
accurate typing 45 WPM
works independently with little need for supervision
