About the Role: As an Entry Level Account Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the management of client accounts ensuring the smooth of marketing projects and developing strong relationships with clients. Youll work alongside a dynamic team providing support to senior account managers and playing an integral role in driving client satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the daytoday management of client accounts ensuring client needs are met with high standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to clients goals.
Communicate effectively with clients providing updates addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Support in the preparation of client proposals reports and presentations.
Monitor and track the progress of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization.
Help coordinate project timelines ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
A passion for marketing and an eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.
