Job Description
- Overall responsibility of Plant maintenance & engineering support in expansion projects
- Planning Coordination and carrying out Plant maintenance activities for Extrusion Plant.
- Work in PM module implemented) & system improvement
- Preventive Predictive Maintenance & Trouble Shooting
- Uptime improvement based on analysis of B/D & CAPA .
- History updation of each equipment
- Equipment life monitoring/analysis/prediction of life
- Effective Modifications based on productivity requirement
- Utility Operation & Maintenance.
- Spares Management
- Plantlevel Maintenance Cost Tracing & Control
- Service Vendors Development / Evaluation
- Sourcing of alternative spares vendors for imported
- Maintenance Budget monitoring
- Liaison with DM Plant Centralized Electrical/ Instrument Central stores for routine plant requirements
- Liaison with government regulatory bodies
- Training & facilitation to team for skill enhancement evaluation by assessment & Periodical review of performance of Maintenance Crew
- Cost control measures in operations
- Equipment life monitoring appropriate decision on refurbishment /replacement
- Value engineering /Effective modifications of equipment/plant engineering.
- All kinds of audit participation.
- New projects Involvements
- Utility operation & maintenance
- Equipment Performance / History
- History file compliance
- Operation and maintenance manual for each equipment
- Equipment maintenance achieving targets of uptime & and cost by deploying the system for Preventive maintenance modifications Refurbishment & spares management
- Coordination for equipment readiness & Production support trouble shootingbreakdownsTrials
- Break down Analysis & and CAPA on nonconformance
- TPM BSC & IMS compliances at Lifeline
- Cost control measures through downtime wastage reductions inhouse modifications/spares development indigenization of imported spares & value engineering
- Maintaining spares at agreed stock
- Indenting inward inspection Issue & receipt of goods
Technician
- Equipment Readiness/upkeeping (condition monitoring)
- Machine/Equipment Preventive maintenance.
- Break down maintenance.
- TPM compliance 5S & JH)
BSC compliances. - Time to time assigned Activities by supervisor.
- Mini Projects & kaizen completion
