Job Description
JOB# 1255 Maintenance Supervisor
Basic Duties
Training and supervision of dept. staff 1520 associates)
Safety of all associates including safety and documentation
Training of associates to perform their roles
Meeting set safety and production goals
Follow all established standards policies and procedures
Completion of all reports including time for associates
Ensure operation of machinery and equipment by completing maintenance requirements on
production packaging processing equipment and utility systems
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
Minimum of 2 years maintenance exp. In an industrial manufacturing setting
Some knowledge of basic electrical
Must demonstrate ability to read analyze and interpret technical procedures service manuals
and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
Additional Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good to excellent knowledge of computers

Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)

Drivers License (Preferred)
