A postdoctoral fellowship position is available in the Department of Immunology at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale AZ under the supervision of Dr. SangKon Oh PhD a Professor of Immunology of the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.
The research fellow/senior research fellow will participate to our research program for the induction and maintenance of immune tolerance. She/he will investigate the molecular and cellular mechanisms for the enhancement of immune regulatory functions of macrophages B cells and dendritic cells. Our translational research program aims to define the underlying biological pathways for the establishment of immune regulatory networks in B cells macrophages and dendritic cells.

Previous experiences in epigenetic regulation of immune cell functions and single cell analysis (e.g. scRNAseq) will be highly advantageous.
Qualified candidates should have a Ph.D. M.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a field deemed relevant by the program and a publication record that demonstrates proficiency in the areas described above.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
Research Fellow is appropriate for individuals who have completed no more than one prior postdoctoral fellowship at Mayo Clinic or elsewhere.
