Job Description

We are currently seeking aStaff Attorneyto join our Litigation Practice in the Washington D.C. office. The responsibilities of the Staff Attorneys include document review privilege log preparation participation in witness interviews preparing witness interview memoranda and conducting legal research and writing related to document production and privilege issues. Staff Attorneys work closely with other members of the Litigation Department on a wide range of litigation and government enforcement matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct document review and prepare privilege logs.
  • Participate in witness interviews and prepare comprehensive interview memoranda.
  • Perform legal research and writing primarily related to document production and privilege matters.
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff in the Litigation Department on diverse and complex litigation matters.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an ABAaccredited law school with demonstrated strong academic performance.
  • Eligibility to waive into the District of Columbia Bar (if not already a member).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary:

  • The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $136500 and $160000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on experience and other jobrelated factors consistent with applicable law.
