Job Description

Your role:

Were looking for a compassionate experienced and driven Team Leader to oversee our Foster Care OutofHome Care Intake and Therapeutic Foster Care programs. In this pivotal role you will lead a dedicated team ensuring highquality care and support for children and families in need. Your leadership will help guide the intake process foster placement strategies and therapeutic services to promote stability and wellbeing

Make your mark:

  • Experience at a high level within children and families or ideally foster care
  • Ability to lead develop and mentor others
  • Experience or knowledge of Best Interest Principles as outlined within the Children Youth and Families Act 2005
  • Ability to provide children and young people with supportive placements whilst maintaining safety
  • A commitment to working with vulnerable children young people and families who have experienced trauma
  • Strong in communication and decision making

  • You get a salary of $117473.20.
  • Salary packaging is available up to $15900 plus an entertainment card.
  • SCHCADS award level 7.2
  • Full time permanent.
