The Legal Talent Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating recruiting efforts for oncampus recruiting summer programs and entrylevel associates.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Maintain applicant records ensure data integrity and prepare statistics.

  • Coordinate interview schedules travel logistics reimbursement requests offer letters and other communications with law student candidates.

  • Support the Atlanta summer program and other firmwide initiatives including onboarding administration tracking and reviewing summer associate assignments and evaluations event planning and attendance and budget tracking.

  • Assist with all aspects of law school oncampus interviews (OCI) including OCI registrations candidate preselections preparing OCI materials for attorneys and students planning OCI receptions and preparing callback interview schedules travel arrangements and other logistics for candidates.

  • Assist with and coordinate on campus recruiting activities and other activities related to student hiring.

  • Support the Atlanta recruiting committee including scheduling and attending meetings developing agendas supporting the committee chairs and other activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of personnel.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong organizational skills problem solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to perform in a fastpaced environment juggle multiple assignments and work responsibly under pressure.

  • Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule that will occasionally require travel and extended hours.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree required.

  • Minimum of two 2 years of recruiting or related experience in a law firm or other professional services setting strongly preferred.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
