- Work closely with students in 1:1 sessions and small group interventions to boost understanding and achievement in STEM subjects
- Assist the class teacher in preparing innovative lessons and materials
- Help to prepare students for their GCSEs providing guidance on revision techniques and strengthen core skills
- Work alongside outstanding STEM Teachers and Lead Practitioners
