Clinic Director Betty Anne Krahnke Center - Montgomery County MD

The Clinic Director is responsible for overseeing the daytoday clinical operations at the Betty Anne Krahnke Center ensuring both clinical and administrative oversight for Mental Health Therapists and Client Case Managers assigned to the program. This is a shortterm opportunity with an end date of June 27 2025.

What to expect.

As the Clinic Director you will be responsible for the smooth operation of clinical services at the Betty Anne Krahnke Center. Your leadership will guide clinical staff and ensure that client care and services are provided in line with the programs mission and standards.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily clinical operations ensuring efficient delivery of client care and services in line with program goals and standards.
• Supervise and support Mental Health Therapists and Client Case Managers providing guidance supervision and professional development.
• Collaborate with the Program Director Division Director and Director of Clinical Services to develop and implement policies procedures and program improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including COMAR Medicaid ADAA MHA and CARF while maintaining highquality evidencebased practices.
• Conduct case consultations provide individual supervision and facilitate ongoing training to staff on clinical practices and center regulations.
• Monitor the progress of clients and oversee the development of treatment plans tailored to their needs.

What we need from you.

• Must be licensed in Maryland as a:
• Licensed Certificated Social Worker Clinical (LCSWC)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience including experience in partner abuse or domestic violence.
• A minimum of three years of experience providing behavioral health interventions and at least one year of supervisory or management experience.

The pay range for this position is $42.23/hourly minimum to $46.15/hourly maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to license and years and level of related experience.
