Position Overview
As a Hearing Coverage Attorney you will play a key role in representing the firm at pretrials trials mediations and other court appearances throughout the Dallas area including Dallas Denton Collin and Tarrant counties. You will be expected to manage a high volume of court appearances and will have the opportunity to demonstrate your legal expertise and grow within a wellestablished yet forwardthinking firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the firm in hearings pretrials trials mediations and other courtrelated matters in designated counties.
- Manage a highvolume caseload and meet tight deadlines while maintaining the quality of work.
- Collaborate effectively with attorneys and staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Communicate directly with opposing counsel and court personnel as needed.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
- Court experience preferred with a demonstrated ability to handle legal proceedings independently.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in computer and word processing applications.
