Job Description
IMTF Group is a Swissbased global software product company in the field of Compliance & Automation. We develop bestinclass RegTech solutions to make the world a safer place. Our professions cover the full product lifecycle from engineering development to data science to consulting and implementation.
Due to maternity leave coverage we are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist 6080 in our Zurich office to support our HR department starting July 1 2025 or by agreement. The position is limited to 12 months with the possibility of a permanent role.
The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in HR Generalist roles with a strong understanding of recruiting and regulations. This position offers a hybrid working model with two days presence in the office.
How will you make a difference
- Leading the recruitment process for all roles within the company including job postings CV screening scheduling and conducting interviews
- Serving as a point of contact for managers and employees supporting them with all HRrelated inquiries
- Managing whole employee lifecycle from on to offboarding and handling administrative HR tasks such as creating employment contracts amendments updating HRSI etc.
- Preparing and coordinating monthly payroll runs across different IMTF entities
- Managing all types of leave (maternity parental unpaid health) and coordinating maternity and EO compensations family allowances accident and sickness reporting
- Leading and/or participating in HR projects as needed
Requirements
You are going to stand out if you have
- Degree in Human Resources (minimum HRAssistant)
- 23 years of experience as an HR Generalist ideally with a focus on Recruiting in a multinational and fastpaced environment
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive handson and structured with a passion for HR administration
- Fluent in German with strong English skills; French is a plus
