Job Description

Were looking for a detailoriented and proactive Benefits Analyst to join our team! In this role you will play a key part in supporting the administration and compliance of our U.S. benefits programs ensuring efficient communication and operational processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a customercentric mindset and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external partners to drive success in all areas of benefits administration.
When it comes to dating the connection starts online but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best teams so we work together IRL in our Dallas office 23 days/week.
How youll make an impact:
- Compliance Support: Ensure full adherence to government regulations and plan provisions conducting audits nondiscrimination testing required filings and ACA reporting to maintain compliance across all benefit plans.
- Benefits Communication: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop promote and distribute clear and timely benefits communications ensuring employees are informed about available offerings and changes. Support research initiatives benefit events and special projects aimed at optimizing benefits offerings and administration.
- Program Administration: Assist in the development implementation and daytoday management of comprehensive U.S. benefits programs including medical dental vision FSA life insurance disability COBRA and other perks.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage data integration and work closely with benefits vendors to resolve enrollment issues and improve operational processes.
- Data Accuracy & Audits: Conduct regular audits to verify data integrity between Workday payroll and benefits carriers resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Leave of Absence & Accommodations: Acts as the primary backup and support in the administration of the companys leave of absence program and accommodations ensuring compliance and timely processing of requests. Effectively collaborate with the HR team and payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing and payment of leave benefits.
- Billing & Invoice Management: Acts as the primary backup in benefits billing by reconciling invoices creating purchase orders and processing payments ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
We could be a match if:
- You have 3 years of benefits administration experience.
- You have a solid understanding of benefit plan(s) principles COBRA ERISA HIPAA FMLA and other domestic regulations related to benefits.
- You have proficiency in Workday highly.
- You have strong MS Office skills (Strong Excel).
- You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative fastpaced team environment.
- You have demonstrated ability to work well with team members and business colleagues in the delivery of benefit initiatives as assigned.
